This afternoon Joe Cucchiara chats with Jonathan Eppers of RadPad, a renter first app that easily allows people to find homes and apartments for rent. Joe will start off by having Jonathan tell us about his accidental creation of RadPad. He then walks us through the site navigation explaining how to go from locating a place to applying without even having to wait to meet the landlord. We also learn about the recent addition of Pay with RadPad that bridges the gap between busy renters and stubborn landlords.

Jonathan also responds to some listeners’ text messages on filtering results by school proximity, landlord communication and the differences between RadPad and Craigslist (for landlords).
