On today’s show Joe Cucchiara welcomes Matt Fuller from San Francisco Modern Condos. At the top of the hour Joe and Matt will talk about San Francisco’s business market creating high demand and the extreme shortage of available housing. Joe then asks about what effects the Super Bowl will have on the city. Matt updates us on the condo growth projected to happen around San Francisco over the next several years and the price ranges buyers can expect. Joe then announces Matt as President elect for the San Francisco Association of Realtors. Later on in the show Joe will ask Matt two major questions: Can San Francisco continue to grow with its lack of affordable space and increasing congestion; and is there a housing bubble?
