Zillow quickly became the first step for buyers and sellers due to their instant connection to tons of real estate information. However, the disruptor ran into some big issues when it tried to add buying and selling to its repertoire. The issue? Not enough hands to make the purchase and selling process as seamless as they wanted. As a result, the iBuyer program was paused then abandoned shortly after.
