Kris Hudson, Reporter from the Wall Street Journal is back today to share information about the labor shortage and its direct impact on the low inventory of homes. Joe finds out if it is more than a lack of training or recruiting that is the cause of low inventory and how builders and consumers are feeling the impact. Just before everything starts to feel too bleak, Kris offers some hope by comparing today to past periods of economic recovery.
Joe finishes today’s show by explaining why now is a good time to consolidate and real estate trends to look forward to in 2016!
